Historic statewide Treaty negotiations between First Peoples and the Victorian government have commenced, after decades of campaigning by First Nations people for truth and self-determination. In the midst of a failed referendum on an Indigenous Voice to Parliament, and the Victorian opposition's withdrawal of support for a Treaty process, Daniel James sits down with co-chairs of the First Peoples Assembly of Victoria, Ngarra Murray and Rueben Berg, to talk about what this all means.
