Jamie Shelly and Sam Surka created their new picture book, Alora's Dreams, to help parents and kids talk about dreams and monsters under the bed. In this episode of SleepTalker, Jamie and Sam read from the book and talk to Bec about how to open up dialogues about shadowy thoughts, hidden fears and the subconscious.
In the second half of the show, Bec listens to some of the artists who are collaborating this Saturday February 22 at Tincture 3: Polyphasic, an eight-hour experimental event spanning all the phases of a night's sleep.
