With the launch of the Hubble Telescope replacement, the James Webb Telescope, pushed back 3 years by NASA, University of Melbourne astronomer Rachael Livermore explains why she and her colleagues understand the space agency's controversial decision and is available for interview today. Third guest is Anne Steinemann, Professor of Civil Engineering, Chair of Sustainable Cities from the Dept of Infrastructure Engineering at the University of Melbourne.
