Common Ground is a collective of First Nations people changing systems through storytelling and educational resources. They recently farewelled founding CEO Rona Glynn-McDonald and welcomed incoming CEO, Gemma Pol.

Gemma is a Wiradyuri, Ngemba and Paakantji woman who grew up in a small town on Worimi Country. She speaks to Nana Owusu about Common Ground’s new season of leadership, the recent release of Dreamy Series 2 - a collection of mindful stories by First Nations storytellers, and how Common Ground continues to strengthen the storytelling ecosystem by building power, relationships and pathways.
