Phillip is a man who needs no introductions – a humanist, social commentator, ex-broadcaster, public intellectual and farmer.

With a career spanning decades, he’s sat on non-profit boards as varied as Wikileaks and Greenpeace, been awarded two Orders of Australia and most recently hung up the headphones after 33 years of hosting Radio National’s ‘Late Night Live’.

In a candid chat with the Spin Cycle team, he reflects on his decades of broadcasting and the changing landscape of the media in Australia.
