The Victorian Government has announced plans to kick off an 18 month trial into pill testing from this summer, following on from the ACT & Queensland in introducing drug-checking programs to help minimize overdoses in the community.

The trial will take place at a few different music festivals as well as mobile testing locations set up around night-life locations in the city.

Dr Sharma, Dr Living and Panel Beater from Radiotherapy are joined on the line by Associate Professor Shalini Arungiri, the Clinical Director of Turning Point – Australia’s leading national addiction treatment, training and research centre to delve into the nitty gritty of it all.
