Australian music luminary Kim Salmon joins Annaliese on Neon Sunset for a reflective chat about his career and in particular - the 80s, during his time in swampy, noisy post-punk band The Scientists.

“I really wanted to get it right, make a mark on the world and it was very much an art statement for me even though I would have never admitted it was an art statement at the time.”

The Scientists’ classic 1985 record You Get What You Deserve will be re-released by Numero Group on Friday August 16.
