Recipes and Stories from Australia's Regional Chinese Restaurants, which captures the stories of ten very different families who run Chinese restaurants across the country. Described by Cam as "a tale of travel and comfort food", they talk all about the stories, ethos, and people behind the classics of Chinese food in Australia: lemon chicken, honey prawns, sweet and sour pork, Mongolian lamb, combination chow mein, combination friend rice, deep fried ice cream, satay vegetables, and we could go on... yum!
