Bassist and producer Horatio Luna joins Chris Gill on Get Down to discuss plans for 2025, including a January residency at Bodriggy.

Luna shares stories from recent shows, including a cricket-invaded set at Strawberry Fields and an international tour with Pakistani jazz fusion band Jaubi. "The power of music breaks down languages. It was really beautiful," Luna says of his time with the group, bridging musical traditions across continents.

Luna tells Chris about early jazz studies with legendary bassist Eric Ajaye in Canberra, and plays songs from his new label Wooo! Music. Early 2025 releases will include music from John Henderson, Lush Life, and his own solo projects.
