Monday 31 March 2025 is the annual Trans Day of Visibility – an annual international celebration of trans pride and awareness, recognising transgender, gender diverse and non-binary experiences and achievements.

Simona Castricum joins Breakfasters to discuss why visibility is not enough, and to introduce Trans Day of Action – fighting for trans liberation from state violence, discrimination and rainbow capitalism.

The Trans Day of Action rally takes place on Monday 31 March at 5.30pm at the State Library. Speakers include Tara Burnett (Greens candidate for Cooper), Nayuka Gorrie, Hiero Badge, Ishtar Hope.
