Worimi man and composer Leon Rodgers joined Vanessa Morris on Banksia to talk all about composing for Bangarra's produciton Yuldea.

Leon spoke about the importance of collaboration in Yuldea including working with guest composers Electric Fields, Bangarra Artistic Director Frances Rings, dancers of the production and cultural consultants.

Spending time on country and with community from where the story of Yuldea originates, where Leon also captured field recordings, inspired compositions.

Leon also composed sound for film Katele which is directed by John Harvey and currently at MIFF.
