Banksia: Jada Weazel On Debut EP 'No Peace'
First Nations artist Jada Weazel joined Vanessa Morris on Banksia to discuss new and debut EP No Peace - a five track release which features singles Hands of Addiction and Skin.
Now based in Naarm Jada explained how the release explores dealing with traumas and reflects on experiences growing up in Woorabinda in central Queensland.
The pair also discussed how for Jada, embracing music was natural, gowing up with music in her family, as well as her recent shows at Big Sound in Meanjin and in Naarm supporting Forest Claudette.
