Presents Cease And Desist
Outsiders, outcasts and outlaws. Discarding genre to bring you forgotten gems and underground hits.
How and when did you first connect with Triple R?
I had a few sporadic encounters with Triple R over the years, but my first involvement was in 2020, after friend and fellow presenter Charlie Miller asked me to create a mix for his pop up show Green Ray. After that he kept pushing me to apply to Triple R and I actually ended up taking over his slot. Thanks Charlie!
What does Triple R mean to you?
A very special community hub for fellow freaks and music nerds.
What's your favourite Triple R story?
A family friend once told me he used to do graveyard shifts at Triple R in the 90s but was promptly fired after asking listeners to bring pot to the station.
Describe your happy place.
The beach (with friends and a full eski).
The studio door has accidentally jammed shut with you stuck inside. If there was only one album in there with you, what would you want it to be, and why?
Gene Clark - No Other (1974). I figure I could probably fill the room with tears and float away like some sort of Alice In Wonderland escape plan...
