How and when did you first connect with Triple R?
I first connected with Triple R as an artist in the interview seat! Triple R has been such an incredible support for Squid Nebula and my solo project. My first ever single as Bumpy was premiered by Jas on Local and/or General!
What does Triple R mean to you?
Triple R is one of our favourite places on earth. It has been so incredibly special to connect and be a part of the big family! Triple R holds such important and vital values in creating change and conversation. Community supporting community. Giving voice to the ground. Supporting independent creative visions and constantly reevaluating ways to create further opportunities. We feel safe and seen here! Love you Triple R!
What's your favourite Triple R story?
Hosting King Stingray for Live at RRR was incredible! We had only been broadcasting for a few months and had been running up their album something fierce. We were absolutely stoked to not only see all these tracks live but introduce and interview them looking out into the very packed RRR live space. Mind blown at the opportunity!
Describe your happy place.
Sunny, smiling, swimming, sippin sparkling, silliness and spinning soul music.
The studio door has accidentally jammed shut with you stuck inside. If there was only one album in there with you, what would you want it to be, and why?
We have had Say She She's album Silver on repeat lately. We would relock the door and stay in there and listen to it twice. It's that groovy.
