It's almost November, which means it is our second last lineup drop for Live at RRR for the year! We're thrilled to be inviting four outstanding acts to the Performance Space this upcoming month. As always, Live at RRR is open to all Triple R Subscribers – so make sure you've subscribed!

Visiting the Triple R Performance Space this November:

Live at RRR November

On Friday 1 November, prepare for an energetic live performance by Bananagun in the Triple R Performance Space, hosted by Clara Slewa of Velvet Haze.

Bananagun will preview tracks from their upcoming album Why is the Colour of the Sky?, bringing together a fiery mix of psych rock, jazz, and freakbeat experimentation. It's a bold set of songs, celebrating human connection and resistance to technological isolation.

Then, on Friday 8 November, Gut Health make their debut in the Triple R Performance Space, hosted by Caitlin Ramsay of Constellations.

The Naarm six-piece Gut Health will present tracks from their recent Triple R Album of the Week Stiletto, a collection of hypnotic dance-punk blending infectious rhythms and chaotic noise.

After a quick break, we return to the Performance Space on Thursday 21 November for an exclusive ALWAYS LIVE at RRR event with Ripple Effect Band.

Following the release of their debut album (and recent Triple R Album of the Week!) Mayawa, Ripple Effect Band are set to embark on a four date tour of Melbourne and regional Victoria thanks to ALWAYS LIVE and Bush Music Fund. Before they embark on what is sure to be a special string of events, the band will perform Live at RRR and take to the iconic Triple R Performance Space for an intimate evening of incredible live music, hosted by Vanessa Morris of Banksia.

The first women from their communities to play instruments and start their own band, Ripple Effect Band sing in the languages of their people. Through the words and sounds of Ndjébbana, Burarra, Na-kara and Kune, they tell stories about their land, their language and their culture.

Please note: This performance will go to air during the regular Live at RRR slot on Friday 22 November at 7pm, for those who miss out on attending.

And to round out the month, acclaimed Japanese producer Kuniyuki Takahashi will play a special set in Triple R's Performance Space on Friday, 22 November, hosted by Millú of Full Circle.

A pioneering producer, DJ, engineer and sound designer from Sapporo, Kuniyuki has decades of electronic music expertise. Since 1994, he has released music under various aliases including Kuni, Koss, and Forth, exploring styles from deep house and techno to future jazz and more. He's an icon of the dance music world, and it's an honour to welcome him to Triple R following his appearance at Strawberry Fields Festival.

Please note: This performance will be broadcast during the regular Live at RRR slot the following week, on Friday 29 November at 7pm, for those who miss out on attending.

You can attend any of these Live at RRR shows, just by being a Triple R Subscriber, so do make sure to subscribe if you aren't one already! The Subscriber giveaway to attend Bananagun is now open, with the rest to follow shortly – stay tuned to the Triple R website and socials for more details.
