Two Worlds Festival is a celebration and coming together of Indigenous and Western Culture. A culturally significant event that celebrates both Indigenous and Western culture seeking to bridge a knowledge gap between the two worlds.
Featuring perfomances from Xavier Rudd, Kasey Chambers, Emma Donovan and The Putbacks, DRMNGNOW, Áine Tyrrell, The Black Rock Band, Finnigan August, Honk, Kutcha Edwards, Spoonful, The Louds, Wadeye Journey Men Project, and Yirrmal.
There will also be cultural activities and performances from Djirri Djirri Dancers, The Didge Circle, Culture Is Life, Charcoal Lane Cooking Demonstrations, Panel Discussions, Korin Gamadji Institute and kids activities and interactive workshops including Kids Yoga, Immy Owusu Drum and Dance workshops, Urban Upcycle, Face-painting and Big Lawn Games.
The 2 Worlds Festival is a not-for-profit fundraising event for the Marrma’ Rom Foundation whose purpose is to provide more leadership and educational opportunities to young Yolngu women and men and strengthen their Arnhem Land Indigenous communities.
