Funk Buddies are back at Open Studio for another great night of live funk. Funk Buddies are a Melbourne based 8 piece band playing down-to-earth brass driven funk. Inspired by the street bands of New Orleans, they bring in influences of 70s/80s funk acts like Tower of Power and James Brown. This month's gig with feature a handful of brand new tunes, as well as the usual dancing and mayhem.
