Pavilion 24 is an immersive sensory exhibition presented by The Abbotsford Convent and Slow Art Collective team, running from January 2–11. Kids and their adults can become hands-on creators of immersive artworks made from recycled and repurposed materials, creating robotics, melodic structures, woven fabric sculptures and lighting devices.
The Pavilion will also host a feast of guest artists; Sarah Aiken, Ngioka Bunda-Heath Dan Newell and Lauren Sheree, who will all lead a series of free drop-in workshops designed to offer more opportunities to take inspiration from the exhibition and get creative through performance, craft, and visual arts activities. Each workshop will run between 10am -12noon at The Store.
