Palm Springs is the outsider folk identity of Erica Dunn and an evolving cast of essential collaborators. Born out of a compulsion to write spare and intimate verse and a self-admonishing dig at her nervous affliction for sweaty hands, Palm Springs has recently released an LP collection of songs via Poison City Records which spans ten years of output, previously only found on sold out cassettes and 7”s. Live shows are down-home, dead stare affairs with vox and nylon string only, each one a weird and different ride.
