Sponsored by Burnley Brewing and proudly presented by warped rock musician Bastian Hues & ADHD Coach Tim Butler, ‘overcomplicated’ is an ADHD/ND arts community and awareness festival.

In a celebration of neurodiversity and artistry, this event doubles as Bastian Hues’s debut single launch of ‘overcomplicated’, which offers a raw and uncompromising insight into living with adult ADHD, and an event connecting those with lived experience of ADHD/ND with professionals, resources and others in the community.

The first of many, this groundbreaking event uniquely draws together an array of musicians/artists/creatives/coaches and mental health professionals, for what will be an unmissable amalgamation of originality, affirmation and acceptance, tribe finding and resource gathering.

Drawing on the extensive skills, expertise and knowledge of fellow ND’s, ‘overcomplicated’ is an innovation that vibrantly and proudly celebrates all things ND, while demystifying ADHD processes by providing practical, relevant information and resources.

The event includes:

ADHD Coach Speed Dating and Community Meet Up at 5.30pm

A live Q&A showcased by ADHD lived experience professionals presented by:

* Dr Peter Heffernan - Esteemed Psychiatrist and ADHD specialist

* Ani Moller - ADHD/ASD Specialist/Coach and DJ

Perfectly timed, this crucial event launches just as the groundswell driven by activists, professionals and advocates peaks, and demands that local, state and federal government agencies finally recognise the impact of living with ADHD; whether it be formally or self diagnosed, suspected, undiagnosed, unmanaged or any in other variation. The grossly under resourced ADHD population is raising its jubilant collective voice!

18+. Tickets are $20. Friday November 10th 2023 at the Abbotsford Convent’s Oratory room.
