Join us Friday 6 October for a spellbinding live set from Maple Glider, hosted by Dylan Bird (The Grapevine) in the Triple R Performance Space.

Maple Glider is the recording project for Tori Zietsch, an artist celebrated for her storytelling and moving music. Tori’s debut LP To Enjoy Is The Only Thing was a Triple R Album of the Week in 2021, filled with sparse folk arrangements, personal pop songs, and vivid vignettes from her life. Lyrics drew from experiences growing up in a restrictive religious household, falling in and out of love, international travel, longing, alienation, and more.

This Friday, Maple Glider shares songs from her upcoming album I Get Into Trouble, described as an expansion of her debut. Zietsch reflects on themes of belief, the body, sensuality, and shame in novelistic detail. As always with Maple Glider, her performance on Friday is sure to be an intimate experience, poignant and joyful.
