Northcote Social Club is hosting a free mid-week gig on Wed 20 Nov to celebrate Aus Music T-Shirt Day and highlight Melbourne’s local music scene. The lineup features three rising bands: Dogworld, Hydra Fashion Week, and Public Figures.

Dogworld combines post-punk, alt-country, and jazz to create a distinctive sound. Formed in Canberra in 2021 and now based in Melbourne, they’ve gained attention for their energetic performances and released their debut EP, RANGE, earlier this year.

Hydra Fashion Week experiments with a blend of jazz, punk, and progressive pop. Known for their dynamic live performances, they’ve supported acts like Party Dozen and Cry Club, earning a strong reputation in Melbourne’s music scene.

Public Figures is a power-punk duo inspired by life’s chaos, delivering raw and energetic tracks. Their music is designed to leave a lasting impact.
