CELEBRATE EASTER WITH LAURA AND THE HELL CUTZ AT BAR OPEN!

PAPRIKA, a group comprised of young lost souls interrogates what it means to be lost in feelings of love and uncertainty.
Inspired by the nostalgic rhythms of city pop and melancholic hints of soul, Paprika, invites listeners to travel back to times of unexpected beginnings.

Left at the Avenue is comprised of three lifelong soulmates. Having grown up together in the Geelong and Surf Coast region, Nico, Connor and Henry's relationship goes beyond mere friendship.
Their gritty indie tunes and entrancing stage presence delivers a performance where chaos unleashes beauty.

L☆UR☆ and the HELL CUTZ is a five-piece Australian punk/grunge band formed on the sticky carpets of the Naarm music scene.
Frontwoman L☆UR☆ is a singer-songwriter who channels feminine rage and irreverence into melody, and is renowned for her explosive energy and thrashing stage presence. Together with the HELL CUTZ, they invite audiences into the haunting realm of her mind.

A longtime composer and Bandleader, Monty’s compositions highlight the skill and voices of the improvisers they work with, whilst their melodies evoke the lyricism and drama of folk, jazz and classical music in equal measure.

This performance will feature the talents of:

Hector Harley – Tenor Sax
Zeb Vescio – Guitar
Jasper Bruten – Drums
Monty Shnier – Bass

'a strikingly gifted young bassist and composer' - Jessica Nicholas - The Age

This event will take place on the land of the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation and we pay respect to their elders past, present and emerging.
