**50 Years of Grievous Angel: A Tribute to the Music of Gram Parsons**

Join us at the Brunswick Ballroom on Sunday, November 10th, 2023, to celebrate the 50th anniversary of *Grievous Angel*, the landmark album by Gram Parsons, a pioneer of “Cosmic American Music.” During his short but influential career, Parsons created unforgettable music with The Byrds on *Sweetheart of the Rodeo* and as a founding member of The Flying Burrito Brothers. He also released two solo albums, *G.P.* and *Grievous Angel*, both featuring Emmylou Harris.

To honour Parsons’ legacy, a diverse group of Melbourne’s finest musicians will come together for "50 Years of Grievous Angel: A Tribute to the Music of Gram Parsons." The event will be introduced by Myles O’Neil-Shaw (5 Feet High & Rising, PBS) and hosted by Ben Mastwyk, with performances by Hana Brenecki, Kate Alexander, Leroy Macqueen, Loretta Miller, Charlotte LeLievre, Alex Hamilton, Patrick Wilson, Evan Sillence, and Kerryn Fields.

With The Deadnecks as the house band, expect a night filled with sing-alongs to timeless classics and the discovery of hidden gems, all infused with a unique flair.

Don’t miss this special celebration of a true musical visionary. Grab your cowboy boots, rally your friends, and be part of this captivating evening!
