Firetail and Darren Clinch bring you the next instalment of the Family Jams series in the City of Moreland, bringing the best of Melbourne's diverse, original live music scene to kids aged 0-10 and their elders.
Electro-jazz fusion band Firetail and Badimia singer-songwriter Darren Clinch continue the Family Jams series in the City of Moreland bringing the best of Melbourne’s diverse, original live music scene to kids aged 0-12 and their elders.
Firetail's music spans from 70’s jazz-fusion, South Indian Carnatic music and Melbourne's very own brand of jazz-tronica. Formed in 2018 as a collaborative recording project, Firetail has developed an ambient approach to song-writing that blends soul-infused rhythms with evocative melodies and driving percussion.
Darren Clinch is a Badimia man from Yamatji country in WA. He is a guitar player who writes songs about his experiences and his thoughts on moments in time that have affected him the most. This is how he has learnt to deal with his emotions. His youngest born gets up and sings with him sometimes, and as his dad was a guitar player and singer as well, he feels very proud that he and Melody and are able to carry on the musical tradition in their family.
Family Jams is presented by Riot Baby and Charlie Woods, and is part of Resonate. Resonate is part of On the Road Again, a Victorian Government initiative to bring live music back across the state.

Custralia!
Cartographers and Economists rejoice!
Combining science, aesthetics and microphone technique, few bands can sum up the current socioeconomic malaise like Brisvegas stalwarts Custard
Bringing together their love of psychology with a passion for social media, Custard have long been regarded as the Microsoft Word of Australian indie rock.
Colloquially known as the “Politburo of Pop”, Custard are highly regarded amongst their remaining peers for their “no-nonsense” approach to songwriting and “winner takes all” touring strategies.
Confidently lounging upon a swollen back catalogue of universal hits like “Sinatra Theory” and “Piece Of Shit”, this is global rock and roll presented in a distinctly suburban framework.
A brand new Custard album, tentatively titled “Email” is due out sometime before the end of the decade. Tense up

MOLER
There's only so much you can say about MOLER that hasn't already been said unless it's something bad, and then of course you're on your own. Helcat, the Sunraysia Senorita, the badass bass playin' belle of our little rock haven Batmania will soothe your soul and make your hair stand on end to end with rock staples and pop fables that haven't just stood the test of time ,they've made time itself stand still, and still they seek the perfect power-pop-up-personification of Oz-alternative rock from St.Kilda to Kings Cross . From The Valley and beyond they'll shake your arse and break your heart and blow your mind at the very same time, time and time again. MOLER my friends, dig in, served with Custard .

"Trevor Ludlow and The Hellraisers are a holy trinity drawn together by fate and the winds of destiny, to form one of Melbourne’s premier pop/rock/country/surf-guitar bands.
Trev, Pat and Jane are from different musical background, and different parts of Australia, but they followed the power of the ley-lines to the focal point of Melbourne, where they have entertained local audiences and honed two fine vinyl releases ‘Experts’ and ‘A History of Albanian Jazz’.
Currently working on a follow-up album - they continue to be a ray of light in a bleak Melburnian winter.”
