Buck Meek, lead guitarist of Big Thief, and a solo Artist in his own right, brings his music to Meeniyan Town Hall, transporting audiences to the environmental landscapes that inspired his third solo album Haunted Mountain. 

This outstanding collection of songs was written by Buck as he ventured across mountains and ranges, from the cold springs in the Serra da Estrela of Portugal, to the submerged volcano of Milos in the Cyclades, and the Valle Onsernone in the Swiss Alps, through to the Santa Monica range the legendary singer/songwriter and magnificent guitarist now calls home.

When Big Thief toured Australia in 2022, audiences were struck by the delicate musicianship of the band. Now we’re back in business with Buck Meek touring with his own band, sharing those mind-blowing songs and stories in a new adventure.

Buck Meek will be sharing the stage with LA-based singer, songwriter and science fiction lover Germaine Dunes.
