Bad Ibis is an alternate punk rock band comprised of twins A l ex and Nick Russell and their great mate Peter Bateman. Teaming up in year 2 at school due to a  love of music. 

They formally became Bad Ibis about 3 years ago. Their passion is music, with their own personal drives to keep on playing. Whether it be a way to express ourselves or just because there’s no better feeling than being on stage making music

We all each have a day jobs in the shearing and construction industry but when we aren’t working we are always working on the next song, the next setlist. 

Coming from the country is one of the biggest drives for us. We came from having no real venues to play at in a town that doesn’t support our genre of music to finally being old enough to drive ourselves out of the country and into venues doors 

So come join us, for a laugh, for a dance and to hear some honest alt rock with a twist of punk thrown in.
